  • Payroll Bureau


    • 1. What you get for £1.75 - This is an inclusive price to receive and process your data, produce and return payslips and reports. It includes initial setup, new starters, leavers and year end processing*. There is no minimum charge regardless of the size of the payroll.

    * A fee of £15.00 applies if the total number of payslips processed in the tax year is less than 25.

    2. Additional services.

        Individual payslip envelopes - 50p/payslip.

        Email individual payslip files - 50p/payslip.

        Posting payslips to addresses in UK - the price of a first class stamp.

        Employer Payslip Booklet administraion - £25 pa.

        BACS payment - A BACS payment file is a no cost option for you to use with your bank. If you wish     APS can process the transfer of funds for you. Price by request.

        Replacement wage slips, reports, Tax and NIC notices or other documents - normally free but APS     reserves the right to charge £1/document.

        Regional employer NICs holiday scheme - £10/month plus £1/ee/pay period
        (max 10 employees). For more information click here

    3. Some services are outside the standard fee. Information can be found in the terms section but essentially these fees cover situations where the client is served a warning notice by HMRC.

  • Holiday Administration


    • The fee is just £1.75 per employee per month. This fee includes setting up the scheme, recording approved holidays and processing starters and leavers. Each pay period an up to date holiday report and holiday planner is issued. To contact Alderley Payroll Services click here

  • Employment Contracts


    • The fee for a standard contract is £125. Multiple contracts with the same terms produced at the same time at £25 for each additional contract. To contact Alderley Payroll Services click here

  • Business Consultancy


    • Consultancy fees at £500/day plus expenses. Travel expenses at 40p/mile and subsistence expenses at cost, typically £100/day including overnight accommodation.
