    • 1. What you get for £3.90 - This is an inclusive price to receive and process the payroll data, return payslips and reports and file the RTI return online. It also includes initial setup, new starters, leavers and year end P60 processing*. There is no minimum charge regardless of the size of the payroll.

    * There is an annual £30.00 processing fee to produce P60's if the total number of payslips processed in the whole tax year is fewer than 25.

    2. Additional services.

        HMRC application to open a new payroll scheme - £25.

        Individual payslip envelopes - 50p/payslip.

        Email individual payslips (eslips) - 25p/eslip.

        Post payslips to addresses in UK - the price of a first class stamp.

        Employer Payslip Booklet administraion - £25 pa.

        BACS payment - A BACS payment file is a no cost option for you to use with your bank. If you wish     APS can process the transfer of funds for you. Price by request.

        Replacement wage slips, reports, Tax and NIC notices or other documents - normally free but APS     reserves the right to charge £1/document.

    3. Some services are outside the standard fee. Information can be found in the terms section but essentially these fees cover situations where the client is served a warning notice by HMRC.

  • Business Consultancy


    • Consultancy fees at £675/day plus expenses. Travel expenses at 45p/mile and subsistence expenses at cost, typically £175/day including overnight accommodation.
